JAMESON
Jameson Irish Whiskey is a versatile, smooth blend of pot still and fine grain whiskeys. Bright, pale amber with subtle aromas of white flower, nectarine, ripe pear and clove. Mellow and approachable on the palate, with spicy vanilla, wildflower honey and ginger flavours. Drink neat, mix with soda or add to coffee.

POWERS GOLD
Left to mature in selected American oak where it develops a spicy/rounded flavour. Bright amber/gold; aromas of baking spices, vanilla, toasted oak and citrus, with notes of pepper and sweet grain; light honey and cereal on the palate, with a pleasing warmth followed by toffee, spice, tree fruit and ginger notes.

ROE & CO BLENDED
Five select bartenders consulting with the distillery’s Master Blender created this fine combination of malt and grain whiskies aged in bourbon cask. Aromas and flavours of spiced pear, vanilla and cream lead to a silky smooth finish. Serve on ice or pair with fresh apple juice and club soda for a Roe & Roots cocktail.

BLACK BUSH
Triple distilled, with a high proportion of single malt whiskey that has been aged 8 years in Oloroso sherry casks. Distinctive aromas of spice, raisin and dark chocolate with nutty, sweet fruit and toffee-like flavours. The palate is smooth and balanced with a rich finish. Enjoy on the rocks or in your favourite cocktail.

BUSHMILLS
Ireland’s oldest working distillery, Bushmills is located in County Antrim, Northern Ireland where the original license to distill was granted by King James in 1608. Pouring a rich/deep gold colour this offers aromas of oatmeal and peach; the palate is soft with flavours of vanilla and citrus rind notes on finish.

BUSHMILLS 10 YEAR OLD
Ten years in used bourbon barrels add to the profile of this dram. Aromas of ripe pear, toasted oak, caramel, citrus peel and white pepper. On the palate, it is warming, with a light sweetness and medium body; flavours of tree fruit, caramel, citrus and toasted almond play on a long finish.

WRITER’s TEARS COPPER POT
Irish Single Malt Whiskey of the Year at the 2018 Wizards of Whisky Awards. TULLAMORE DEW
Patiently aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, this whiskey is known the world over for its smooth and gentle complexity. Pale amber in colour; expect soft aromas of caramel and sweet grain with flavours of spice and sweet barley on a smooth and creamy palate that finishes gently with soft/fruity character.

REDBREAST 12 YEAR
